Dr Jaymi Lad
BMBS, BSc Hons, L7 Cert(Injectables), PGDip Dermatology(Dist)
Dr Jaymi Lad is a cosmetic and NHS doctor. She is passionate about skin health and values achieving natural cosmetic results. She works as Medical Director for Javivo Clinic, where she practises a combination of the latest non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Dr Jaymi spends the rest of her time as a clinical trainer and mentor for the UK’s largest aesthetic postgraduate training centre, Harley Academy. She mentors other doctors, dentists and nurses at Harley Academy’s The Academy Clinic to gain the skills needed to achieve a diploma in aesthetic medicine.
Dr Jaymi has completed a masters level qualification in injectable aesthetic medicine with Harley Academy and postgraduate training in Clinical Dermatology. She has worked with a range of talented cosmetic doctors through further training with MATA, Oculo-Facial Aesthetics Academy, HA Derma and Dr Obagi to enable her to provide a safe and holistic approach to treating cosmetic concerns.
Dr Jaymi was a nominated finalist for the ‘Best Patient Experience & Service Award’ at the Safety in Beauty 2021 Awards. A safe and quality approach to non-surgical aesthetics are key to this aesthetic doctor.
Dr Avnit Mahal

Dr Avnit Mahal is a cosmetic doctor, NHS doctor and CEO of Javivo Clinic. Dr Mahal is currently in medical training working in the NHS. He is currently working towards a master’s qualification in dermatology and when his busy schedule allows, he works alongside Dr Lad at Javivo MCR. In his time away from the NHS and the clinic, Avi works as a faculty trainer for Harley Academy mentoring other healthcare professionals interested in aesthetic medicine.
Having first-hand experience of the challenges of problematic skin, Dr Mahal recognises the transforming impact of skin health and aesthetic medicine. He has completed a master’s level qualification in aesthetic medicine with Harley Academy before establishing Javivo Clinic alongside Dr Lad. Dr Mahal uses his five years of experience in aesthetic medicine to understand his patients’ concerns and has a wealth of experience using injectables, skin peels and medical microneedling. He is always building on his aesthetic medical knowledge to ensure he can continue to provide safe and effective treatments.
